Le Cro Magnon / Le Cro Café

A premium butcher, market and café under one roof on Boulevard de la Concorde in Laval. The plan separates three uses, fresh market, butcher counter and café, while one material language holds them together: curved wood beams and arches run overhead and define each zone. Neon icons of a coffee cup, crown and bread signal the café without extra signage, blue chairs and stone-topped tables give it its own identity, and bold stripes and planting carry energy through the market floor.
